REGISTRATION, ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFER

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official email address of the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the congress date are eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made 35–55 days prior to the congress date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 35 days prior to the congress date are non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after confirmation.
Registration may be transferred to another participant upon prior written notification to the Congress Secretariat.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the congress program, dates, or venue if necessary.
